In june 2013 I upgraded my contract. they had to order me a phone since they never had any phones available on stock. I then received it month end june. on the 1st july I was hospitalised for two weeks, whilst I was in hospital I realised that the phone had a problem. on the 14th of july I took it in, and I was told that I had to reboot it only. but the problem persisted and more problems were discovered. but I kept on rebooting the phone as I was told. 1st week of august I decided to take it back to mtn i was told to wait for the manager or to come back another time which i did. i went back a week later were i spoke to a lady manager who said there was nothing they can for me, maybe a warranty assessment. the store is soon to revamped so i was sent to towers also in springs were i was told that they cannot help me wth what i want even though i explained that it was the managet that sent me there. i am walking around with a brand new phone that works sometimes. plz help
