Early in the month of June if not July 2011, I received a call from somebody selling contract phones from 8ta. I made her to phone me again as it was on a Friday and I was wrapping up for the week She phoned again on Saturday. I made it clear that I do not want any other kind of a contract except a TOPUP. We spoke in -Sotho.

Phone was delivered on 17 June 2011, it was a Friday. Tuesday of the following week, date: 22 June 2011, I contacted them on 20 June at night wanting to understand certain things about the network (data bundles etc) as they explained it to me I discovered that the kind of contract is different, lost interest, took it back to 8ta in Menlyn, I was told to take the phone to Woodlands, called that office before I went Iwas told no, they will not take the phone. The seven day bracket passed. i kept calling 8ta (081180) spoke to Keriy, I was called by one man who sid they are busy with investigation till today, nobody came back to me, why am I billed R (00, R1550, R1750? what is that money for? You consultant made a false sale and it has to cost me, im not using your phone, your sim at all. I expect sm1 to come back to me with a report so that we close this matte
