Horrid experiance, appauling service-terrible

Installer came round to my home today, did the most shoddy job I've ever seen, I will have to dismantle and re install myself, even though I specifically requested and payed for a NEW router of MY preference (netgear)
the guy gets here with a used router of a different kind, when I ask him whats going on he tells me that its actually not working??? meaning he came here to do an installation without the equipment/device to be installed??? I have been waiting for 2 weeks for this? as he leaves, he knocks over a container of water right on top of all my electronics and doesn't even mention it or apologize? eventually I decided to go to telkom retail store and collect my deposit and walk away, this is where i meet Thato Mpuisang, the most useless unfriendly incompetent individual I have ever met, even refusing to give me his name!! I am hereby reporting this man behavior and I want feedback! These two employees are tarnishing the good name of Telkom and should not be allowed to interact with customers at all.
Could someone tell me how to get service from Telkom? As the consumer I don't see why I should beg some and fight with others only to make use of and pay for the service?
