MTN Network NOTWORKING

After suffering the last week with limited network coverage from MTN in Kriel (Ga-Nala). I've only been able to receive calls or texts 10% of the time, including making calls? I'm really frustrated as we are already stuck in the middle of nowhere and communication is my only link to the rest of civilization! I've been mostly impressed with the coverage and have often sung MTN's praises... I expect this level of incompetence from Telkom who boast of having the best data network in SA, but they don't actually COVER the WHOLE of SA!! Please MTN, sort this problem out?
