Good day
I recently moved over from Vodacom. But I'm appalled by the signal I receive from Cell C. When on my data I can't send/receive WhatsApp messages, always connecting & unable to browse the web. Sms also take a while to come through and some of my calls are dropping or say busy. I recently got the IPhone 5 with Vitality Mobile but the reception and lack of internet connectivity is making me regret my decision. I have emailed Cell C directly this morning and look forward to their response re this matter.
I was so impressed with the service I received at the beginning and looked forward to my contract term but in all honesty with the events of late I'm highly disappointed.
