On Friday the 28th June I contacted Audi the glen to order a mag that I needed, No one in the parts department answered the phone. Frustrated after holding for all the time. I arrived and parked right in front of the entrance where a bunch of employees was standing smoking, one guy told me to move my car as he needed to pull cars out, I moved my car. The employee from part wanted to see the car to see what mag he must order, as we walked out the employee that was standing there told me that I was wasting his time and he couldn't move the cars. I was shocked that staff would speak to clients that way, I moved my car and I asked to speak to the dealer principal. Haylie arrived and said that she will take it further and come back to me. I called Friday afternoon to get feedback on the mag and to get feedback on the rude staff. Haylie called me back to say that she looked at the video footage and she couldn't hear anything, but the spoke to the staff member and he said that he never said anything. She then proceeded to tell me that I must remember that the client is not always right, I then told her that this conversation is over. The customer service from Audi the Glen is shocking!
