No acknowledgement

I walked in the store to pay my account and there was 4 staff members at the counter with only one of them helping customers and the other 3 including the store manager were screaming at each other across me and the teller as I was paying. I could not even hear what the teller was asking me as I could only hear them having a conversation, but screaming not talking. What was worse they did not even mine going on talking and screaming and ignoring me as a customer without greeting me. I am a English speaking person and don't understand any African language but they did not seem to give a!!!
I actually paid off my account the same time as I don't want to shop there anymore, I will go to stores that tread customers like a king as I am in customer service myself and know what customer service is.
THAT WAS THE WOSRE SERVISE EVER!!! I CANT BELIEVE THAT LADY CALL HER SELF A STORE MANAGER COZ SHE IS NO LEADER AT ALL!!! I CANT BELIEVE TRUWORTHS TO EMPLOY SOMEONE WITH THAT STANDARDS TO BE THE FACE OF TRUWORTHS.
