I needed help with my contract as I had changed from a blackberry to an iPhone. The lady who helped me seemed unhappy to assist me and was very rude. She did not properly explain to me what I needed to do, I had to ask HER to explain to me. She basically spoke to me like I was an and that I was wasting her time.

If this incident had happened with someone who had a smile and was happy to assist me, I would not be complaining. But the fact that this lady was so rude to me that she made me upset and I eventually walked out of the store, I have to complain and let you know what your customers are dealing with in some Vodacom stores.

This incident has made me doubt Vodacom's quality in customer care.
