CELLC MESSES WITH LOYAL CUSTOMERS AGAIN

I recently took out a contract with celc and cancelled two existing contracts which by mention didnt even get cancelled i had to do a follow up and still they debited my account two months later.

which i accepted fair enough i was happy that it came to an end, and now with this new contract they charged me twice my siubcription fee TWICE (2MONTHS IN A ROW) and have still to this day not refunded my money or contacted me with regards to refund!!

i just dont get this company. WHAT THEY DONT UNDERSTAND IS THAT I WILL PUT A STOP ORDER ON MY ACCOUNT AND THEY WILL LOOSE OUT.

so i hope that the person incharge of this service provider realises the importance of this message and gets back to me.

because this is entirely unacceptable!! people have monthly budgets!! a service provide cannot debit my account for anything more than i have signed for!!

HIGHLY FRUSTRATED CUSTOMER!!!
