Signed up for 2meg uncapped. Got an email saying my line is ready for use. Instead the line has no data running BUT i'm still billed for August even though i haven't had access to the internet during August. I call the customer support but they are arrogant and rude (spoke to Whaleed). He blames telkom for the fault but MWEB was the company that confirmed that my ADSL is running. Really bad impression. Next time, check if the customer is receiving the service before you bill them.
