Hi,

I called last month to receive my statements via e-mail. I did not receive it again this month. Got a massive phone bill!!! Called 082 111 went through 20 different phone prompts and when wanting to speak to an operator was left to hold for more than 7 minutes. Typed this whole entry and is still holding.

Don't call me - just email me my freaken statement.
