Received notification email regarding "high usage" usage on account (10mb account on a 6mb ADSL line), current months usage is less then that of previous months usage, I follow up querying of there has been a change in policies regarding warnings and notifications, and the reply i get is to relocate downloads between the DL periods, receive a second notice regarding excessive usage which i then drop my usage (one day was at 3.6GB, way below the standard for a 10mb account). I now receive a call today not notifying me based on the 2 other automated email responses that this is your final warning, more over a call to say "Hi your account is being cancelled", I am very upset with the way this situation was handled, perhaps on the 3rd attempt say Hi this is your last warning.

Also specify what is considered excessive instead of letting users find out via an email and get put on the kill list, seen as the useless star system isnt factual
