Vodacom
I dont want VODACOM and SAMSUNG anymore

Took my Galaxy s3 for repairs now they telling me that my phone its a water damage and its irreparable this is easy they cant repair it so they came up with a good excuse because they dont wanna replace it. Like i said to them I know the terms and conditions on the warranties as im working as a warranty controller in a technical store the is no way that phone it could be a liquid damage as it has never fell in water or in contact with a steam. I dont want Vodacom anymore because what they promise its not what you get, and it seems like Samsung its selling refurbished units or water damaged units to Vodacom. If you reading this make sure you wont take a Samsung phone with Vodacom because they wont repair it when its faulty. They quick on debiting the money on your account but their service big time, now I have to pay for the phone that is not working as they said they sending it back faulty "what a customer service". Im upgrading with another network provider and apple surely their service will be better than Vodacom, Im done with Vodacom and will even port my number to MTN.
