With regard to my posts on Hellopeter dated Thursday 18 July (replied to by Wenzile Masina REQ:2434833) and Tuesday 13 August (replied to by Veronica, no ref nr) and my emails sent via the Mtn website, Ref nrs REQ: 2498949 and REQ:2456302. This has been going on since May, ample time has gone by for this to be resolved. According to Mtn this issue has been taken up by regional management and is receiving priority attention yet no one from that department has seen fit to contact me. The Law of South Africa states the consumer has the right to return faulty/unsatisfactory goods for a full refund or replacement with a new item, whichever the consumer chooses. I feel I have been patient long enough. I need a working phone. Please instruct Mtn Bredasdorp to refund money paid and advise me when this has been done and I can collect.
