Phone suspended on Tuesday, 28 August, phoned on Wednesday, they never never took the correct debit order amount and stated they were short paid, i made manual eft payment and faxed all proof of payment through, they promised to reconnect in 24 hours, well today is Saturday and still no service, they now say could take 72 working hours to be looked at, do they want business or not, why to clients and mislead them with information. They have all the proof of payment that account is paid.
