FAULTY GOODS RECEIVED & STILL NO REFUND!

I ordered and received two Dummy Cameras on arriving home on the 12th July 2013. Both were missing their on/off buttons. However, one still worked (despite not being able to turn off), whilst the other was completely faulty. This was brought to Groupon's attention via mail first thing, in the morning of 13th July 2013. It has taken countless subsequent telephone calls, and emails, to get them to collect the faulty item. On the 23rd August 2013, Courieit collected the item. On enquiring after mu refund, I was told to read their returns policy - which goes against the CPA completely! As at today's date, I have paid for a faulty item, had it finally collected 6 weeks later, and still no refund or even a response acknowledging the returned item. They refuse to refund, and totally ignore the mail queries in this regard!
