Money deducted off account incorrectly

I am at my wits end with Cell C after having a contract with them for the past 8 years, this is the service that i get. I was due for an upgrade in may... which i took advantage of. Went into Sandton branch and got my new phone and new package and that was that... at the end of June i receive a bill of R2296.00.My usual monthly bill has never been more than R500.00, they can go through my account history and see this. I contacted cell C via the customer care line about 10 times and the cal was either dropped or the consultant was very confused with what i was saying. I mailed them about 6 times, kept getting notification that they will get back to me... NOTHING... eventually i get a call to say that my new upgrade only kicks in in August so the free MBs and calls and sms's does not apply... I get another notification that my bill for the end of July is R884.00... when it clearly shows that i have 283 free minutes... 85 mbs and 300 sms's... now how do you justify this... I have bills to pay and am now broke and in debt because of the incorrect billing that Cell C has charged me for and still has the nerve to send me a sms today to tell me that my new contract only kicks in in Aug
