Speed, just give me what I pay for. Not more not less, otherwise give me a credit for what you do not provide.

I have a 4mb line and pay for a 4mb line. I get downloads speed comparable to a 52kb modem.

Stats:
a) Ping: 795ms, download: .25mb and upload: .32 (lan - not wifi)
b) Ping: 15ms, download: 4.1mb and upload: .42 (lan - not wifi) (every now and again)
The service is more bad then good.

Please do not present the following arguments when you call me:
1. The service provided is up too...
2. Line distance between the exchange and your home...
3. It is a Telkom line...
4. The service cannot be guaranteed...
5. Speed test must be done on a lan not over a wifi...
6. Telkom exchange...

I have listened to all the excuses. Get a new excuse book. There are times when the service is good. Just keep it at that level.

When I buy fuel; the petrol station to not give me up too - I get what I pay for. I get a credit if there is a discrepancy.

Please get your CEO to attend to this call, I done arguing with the call centre and managers.

I am not going to give-up until I get what I pay for.
