Vodacom does not live up to their policies!!!

I have been battling with Vodacom and Blackbeery for months now. I have sent my blackberry in AGAIN for the 4th time for the SAME problem. Everytime they just do a software upgrade and send the phone back to me!! HELLO!!! A software upgrade is NOT going to sort the trackpad out that doesnt always respond! Besides that vodacoms policy is that if you send a blackberry in for the 3rd time for the same problem they have to give you a new phone. What happened to that? I'm sitting at number 4 already!! I'm extremely unhappy with this and expect vodacom to REPLACE THE PHONE WITH A NEW ONE like their policies say!!! and dont come back with a story like it has to be 6 months or some like that. My first phone I sent in wasnt even 6 months old!!
