Blackberry white screen

I took my blackberry to vodacom repair shop in Sandton City after my phone had stopped working due to a RIM problem and now they are telling me that my phone will R2000.00 to repair even though my phone is still on warranty! There was nothing wrong with the phone prior to RIM's upgrade notification and now they are telling me that water got into my phone, hence the problem. Iam very dissappointed - Iwill cancel this contract!
