Attorney hand over??? for no account at Cell C

I recieved a letter from PHOLOSA "Attorney Handover" -They say it is for Cell C, but I dont have a cell C contract. My last contract with them expired 2008 and I have proof that it was stopped. So where does this come from??? and what amount??? date??? Simone Steyn at Pholosa is no help and cant give any answers and Cell C legal dont answer their phones... Who is going to refund me now for all my tel calls, because pholosa is already charging for calls and letter. SOMEBODY JUST TELL ME WHAT IS GOING ON
