I recently ported to Vodacom from MTN but i am regretting that with every fiber of my being now. Their signal is terrible, they are far from the best service provider in the country. With BIS when i subscribed after like 15 days i was unable to browse the internet. The people at Vodacom say that their BIS is uncapped but this is a LIE. I decided to give them one more chance and bought airtime and subscribed to BIS. The BIS never worked, i then called the call center and the guy admitted to me that it was a signal problem from their side so i said it wasn't my fault so naturally they should compensate me with 1 extra day of BIS but he said that they cant. They are inflexible and the signal is PATHETIC. As soon as the Airtime is Finished i'm going back to MTN.
