Vodacom -BAD SERVICE

Very bad service experienced at Vodacom in Zevenwacht Mall. It seems as if Staff think its acceptable to give customers incorrect product information and to settle transactions without telling each customer the conditions of the sale. When this was brought to managements attention, they refused to refund me even though I bought the product under the impression it has features I was looking for. Very unhappy.
