Vodacom
Oh my gosh whst bad services

As i am going to Icasa as well, i must warn the community regarding the most terrible services from vodacom:
- call centre dont answer calls
- signal is bad even in the city
- my bill has been more than tripled as it takes 3 to 4attempts to connect
-dropping calls where i must call back all the time
-data harges are also more thsn tripled because of the signal issues

I have had a technician at my place and has tested and confirm its their fault.

They say i must pay my entire incorrect massive bill or be cut off even if i have an outstanding query where they never come back to me!!!

And guess what, now they have damaged me at the credit bureau!!! You bullies!! And from being disconnected i mess with my clients around!! Dont worry I am doing something about it, i dont need you fake responses!
