Vodacom upgrade made extremely difficult

Vodacom apparently has a product called Deal Match where they will attempt to match the deal of competitors when the deals are superior to their current offerings.

This sounds like a great product and method of retaining clients, however none of the staff at the branches are able to assist. (gateway/la lucia) The call centre indicates the product exists however they direct you to a branch where the staff have no idea.

I have been a vodacom customer for alomst 15 years but unfortunately will have to look elsewhere if i cannot be accomodated.
