BLACKBERRY 9900 WITH EXTRA BATTERY AND CHARGER

In Jan 2013 I purchased a Blackberry 9900 from Vodashop Alberton City cash. They told us that you get an extra battery and charger with the phone, but they did not have stock of the extra battery and charger. They said that they would phone me as soon as the stock arrived. After going there a couple of times in the last 8 months they never had stock. On Thursday 29/08/2013 I again went there and I was told to bring in my purchase slip. When I went back on Friday 30/08/2013 with the cash slip I was told that the extra battery and charger was only for contract deals and not for cash deals. I chose this phone for that reason. This is unacceptable and the Manageress - Lizelle - had this no care attitude.
