We own a business line with Telkom. I dont have enough space to write how much problems we have had since we have signed up. They have randomly changed our number and now ceased our multicall plus service without informing us and billing us prorata for a service we no longer have. I phoned the cancellations dept to find out why and after giving her my landline number she hung up on me and DID NOT EVEN THINK TO CALL BACK!!! Hello you have my number... at least call back if there was a fault on the line. I have been passed from one department to another. I want to know why our Multicall Plus service was unanimously ceased and when this was done since we have been billed for a service we do not have. When we received our line which was ported BACK TO TELKOM, the MCP service was on and I recorded a professional voice msg for our business. I tested it 2 days ago and learned that the voice message no longer existed. Only later to find out from the activation's dept that we only have Basic Call on our line. THIS IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. HOW DO WE RUN A PROFESSIONAL BUSINESS WITH NO HELP FROM TELKOM.
