Transferring of ADSL Line

On the 5th of Aug. we applied for ADSL line transfer from Germiston to Middelburg (Mp). My parents moved on the 13th of Aug. and up to today NOBODY could help us with the reason why we STILL have NO ADSL line or a landline installed in Middelburg.
