TELKOM ADSL Packages - What a

After much deliberatin I finally gave in to make use of the monopolistic service provider - Telkom to have an ADSL line installed with a monthly package which I signed up in October 2013. Line was to be installed within 7-21 days. After 30 days, and follow ups to the branch, I received a installation date 20 Nov 2013, made arrangements for someone to be at home, specifically to accomodate them. Guess what - No one showed up or even picked up the phone to cancel. Called them, informed them about the no-show, and they agreed to install the line on the 24th of Nov. Guess what - again a no-show without even a call to cancel. Phone the Middelburg branch, and they agreed to have the line installed on the 2nd of Dec, made arrangements again for someone to sit and wait for them hoping that 3 x times in a row would be a charm - GUESS WHAT - TELKOM NEVER SHOWED!!! AGAIN!!! Phoned the Middelburg branch, now we have to wait 3 months since their infrastructure must first be upgraded to accomodate additional lines. They are quick to sign you into a contract but never able to delivere and hides their incompetencies behind - WHAT A!!!
