Contract cancelled without any reason

To all people ever wondering if they should take out a contract from 8ta please don't. Over the last year I had severe problems with my 8ta lines. Firstly they cut of your line without any reason and if you try to phone and find out what is the problem nobody knows. Nobody transfer you to somebody who still don't know why your line is cut off. (The reason why I say cut off is because the line is fully paid for thus it can not be suspended)
The best is they all promise you that the problem will be solved within 3 working days but be rest assured that is definitely not the case. After 10days the line is still off, and if you phone guess what. They again tell you to wait 3days. All of 8ta personnel promise you to phone you back the next day but nobody does because nobody informed somebody.
Secondly about half a year ago I had the same problem. All our company lines where cut of and guess what it took a full 7days to get them back on again (very good for business)
Also when we took out the contracts for there Apple Iphone 5 the advert said we will receive 400mb of data but from April we still only receive 150mb.
So if you are still wondering about 8ta, I think you know the answer.
