Slow Speeds and Capped

Sick and tired of all the excuses on a 2meg line and pathetic throttling. 11 Aug -----21 Aug is my usage (18.75 gig 10 day rolling window) on the days where my usage was HIGH I understand but not 18 GIG in 10 days. and I sit on a 1- 2 stars. Throttled to the HILT. AS OF TODAY I WILL CANCEL MY SERVICE WITH WEB AFRICA. 2 Tickets have been sent to cancel my service. 1 full month. I expect my service to be terminated by the end of September. Calls to your support line I get told the same thing over & over. Ahhhhhh Mr Shelley thats high usage on such a small account. What was the best ISP is now not!!! PS What is HIGH USAGE ON UNCAPPED??? 10 gig 20 gig 30 gig... Nobody can tell me that.
