They do not care for a Complaint and has no urgency to resolve a Complaint, no follow-up - neither is there ownership of a Complaint.
I am paying for a data contract that does not work - Vodacom has got the attitude "sorry to hear of your problem but this is our bargain so why should we care, this is fine if you pay for a product you cannot use for months now - no problem for us". They confirm that I do not have coverage where I need to use my 3G and they also confirm they need to put new "something" in my area and will do so - but they refuse to tell me what date, it could be next year or maybe 10 years from now. In the meantime just keep your month and pay for the product that you cannot use - this is our way of doing business- thank you very much - end of story! I need Vodacom to cancel my contract - I do not want to hear any more excuses or any stories. You have enough time to resolve this and simply cannot do so. Please confirm the cancellation and tell me where to go with the 3G device?
