Yelling out for assistance and still can't get it

For 2 months I have been incorrectly billed&the staff of Cell C can't be interested.
The first month I queried it at the branch&I was incorrectly in formed the amount was correct and I also paid a pro-rater amount that I was never told about.

The next bill, i had the same problem, frustrated at not receiving correct advise from the branch, I sought help from customer care. You hold on "forever" waiting for a consultant.
-The first time I called, they had no idea why i was billed incorrectly&said the matter would be escalated &would receive a ref.no and a call. I had received none.3 days later I call again&the agent Nene "'about transfering me to an accounts department where I once again held on&on& on...& was than still debited.
When I called the 3rd time, they still had no answer. All i no is for 2 months i was billed incorrectly.
Cell C shows no consideration in correcting their mistake.2weeks have passed I have received no courtesy call or a refund, yet if you don't pay ur account for a month, you would be receiving a call everyday asking abt payment. I am disgusted @ the service and the poor knowledge of the staff. You people are pathetic. You know nothing about "service"
