Went the extra mile and Extremely Helpful

I had placed a complaint about an employee of Vodacom and within a few hours I received a call from a gentleman called Shameegh, unfortunately I had missed his call however he called back the next day and was extremely helpful and efficient he took his time and made sure I understood everything that we spoke about. Thank You Shameeg it is employees like you who make Vodacom a trusted service provider since talking to you I have not had any problems. You have no idea how much you have assisted me.
