Turning a frown upside down

[URL Removed] has always given me exceptional service, their products are always up to standard, the delivery times exceptional and their product range is the best. But with every organisation there will always be something that slips through the cracks. It is inevitable, but the slip isn't where the problem comes in, it is what is done about it that counts.

I had an incident where my order fell through the cracks, after a week I contacted them via email, after hours, within the first 2 hours of the next day my query was resolved and my goods were on its way!

I just want to say thank you to Zonke and her Manager Nadia for the prompt feedback and resolve, and I want to congratulate [URL Removed] on always being exceptional.
