Slow response to faults

I logged a fault at Telkom two days ago for a faulty phone- & ADSL connection. On tracking the fault I see that absolutely nothing has been done thus far. Unfortunately I cannot afford to wait for days for them to merely investigate the issue, let alone still further wait for them to perform the actual repair thereafter. Not only does this service cost me R27/day, but for two nights I have been unable to perform any work either.
