MTN "Closes" Account but continues billing

My contract ran its due course and I decided to request a account closure, I then received confirmation that this has been done... I sent a follow up mail as well but to no avail. Below is a copy of the mail that was sent. Be aware of this place and there contracts... Easy to get one not so easy to get out of it... Even though you held up your end of the deal.
