I got my new phone from Vodacom centurion after exchanging my talking points. The phone worked a few days then it started losing its network. I took it to centurion customer care and they told me its a software it needs an upgrade. Ok they did it got my phone later in the day. Week later decided to take it to menlyn repairs cause it was still loosing network. Again a software upgrade was after I told them the problem is not the software. A week later I went and it send to the repair center again where something else was done and was told its ok now. Now last week I decided no more I don't want this phone and I must phone the Vodacom repair center and complain. In doing that I get to speak to Bonny I believe she's the supervisor who manages to tell me that, if I had read rhe terms and conditions I was gonna know that I phone will have to have fix over and over until where they fill they have tried everything and can't fix it. Only then it can be exchanged. It's disappointing to hear such and get people who share no filling to what one is going through.
This phone is not even six month and I've only used for less than a month since receiving it. It spends more time with the repai
