Incompetant people!!

Whenever you call Vodacom's line that is suppose to provide you will numbers of shops, restaurants etc. I never get a number from them because they simply cant pick it up I usually end up googling the number. You shouldn't offer the service if you can't deliver!! I am taking about at least 5 to 6 times that this service has been extremely unhelpful and worst of all it costs me money!! Jack up your systems Vodacom!!
