Being billed when calling a Vodacom customer line!

It's very allarming that I have to pay to call a Vodacom customer number, in this case for an upgrade, from my Vodacom number and I get charged to do it!!! Shocking. And worst of all, the ervice is pathetic and a total waist of money!!!
