Vodacom takes my money but does not delive

Be very careful when depositing money for the Vodacom cell phone lotto service.
I have deposited money (Reference: 210289) and I simply cannot play the lotto via my cell phone.
The numbers are never sent to me.
The support number of 0821 5800 simply rings and rings...
Vodacom, if you no longer provide this service, please refund my money.
