24 hrs turns into a month

Received an exorbitant bill at the end of July 2013, phoned in on 01 August and queried the data bundle. I had been sold a new data bundle over the phone on the 5th of June and was still not having it reflected on my account. I was sent a reference number and told that someone would contact me within 24 hours. It is now the end of August and I have still not received a reply. I have contacted vodacom on 3 separate occasions and asked for assistance. Messages have been sent to head office to request a response and nothing has been done. Service is shocking on the head office behalf and I have not received ANY response.
