My friend have a contract with MTN. He do not stay in town and brought in his phone which was faulty and the Managerres told him "just give it 24hr her phone also does it sometimes (but there was fault with the speaker because if you are on the phone you can't hear the other person and visa versa). The next day I went in again asking what was going on but recieved the same reply. That weekend we went to Bloemfontein they have done a sim swap (which we had to pay for) and the phone was still not working. "They said it was a network problem
That Monday I brought it in and anoyher lady help me and we send the phone in to be repaired.
On receiving the phone I asked the lady if she can help us setup the emails, internet and Whatsup, because there was nothing on the phone and she tells me they do not have access to do it, WHAT???
We tried to figure it out ourselfs but it kept giving a message, so we took it to someone else who helped us, and the problem was the date, so the emails was fixed with the press of a button and the other things was fixed with the settings. I am sorry I am not with MTN Customer and would never recommed anyone to make use of their service!!!
