Telkom Living up to non service delivery again

Our telkom lines went down @ 11h40 in the morning, effecting our business telephone lines, internet and any production possibilities as we are in the business of digital printing. We logged a call 372 CTZ 270813 and were told that someone will respond within 2 days, hence something any business can hardly afford over month ends- No response received so we followed up again on the call logged and were told sorry an UNKNOWN INDEPENDANT Contract supplier did something wrong at a Telkom station we are busy fixing it - Please note the UNKNOWN INDEPEMNDANT contract supplier! - None the less another 5 hours later it started working again for only an hour wherafter another day was lost for them to fix - I phoned again a few hours later and demanded to speak to someone senior, was cut off so phoned again and spoke to a Onatha and was told will phone you back just now on your cel, never received a return call - Then phoned a contact at Telkom and was told sorry nothing can be done now, Technical staff all Tjala at 16h00 daily. It is absolutely pathethic and ironically with unemployment so high a typical example of semi government support to work creators in this messed up SA!!
