No incoming telephone lines for one week

We have noticed that our telephone lines went down last week the 12 June 2013. We have tried to contact somebody at Telkom- with no luck because you have to phone in and leave a message on their computerised system and get a sms with the ref number. After 24 hours still no service or feedback or update. If you phone again or try to report the problem on the internet you can not because the fault is recorded. I called on just about everybody that has contacts at Telkom, mentioned it on facebook- with a couple of comments- we all have problems with them, go to Neotel was suggested. I went to the Telkom direct at N1 city- they called a technical person there who told me and promised me that he will mark it as urgent and get some one to call me back. Still no feedback. Can I take a supplier for bad service to court if I loose out on business?? No calls mean no enquiries - resulting in no income. The internet is now also off for three days. Staff are not productive and we are running out of options. I have made appointments with other companies- willing to listen to me and to take action. Telkom you need to wake up. No service should be your motto. Just talk talk.
