Bad way of treating a client with 250 domains

"I am obviously not going to able to get through to you, please redirect all further correspondence to [Email Removed] my manager will deal with you from here onwards."
That is the answer i get from your ticket department. They treat us customers like. I am fed up with bad responses and you guys not investigating tickets further, The problem was on your side where three domains had the very same login details. Who is the now?
you are very close to losing our company as a client!
