I have been a client of MTN for more than 10 years but it seems I am going to be number 400 001 that is going to leave MTN as soon as my contract expires. I got myself a Z10 (which is not the problem) and was told that it is a smartphone and that BIS does not work on the Z10 and I must from now on buy a data bundle, So at first I tried the 250/300 MB bundle but quickly found out that it does not last very long. I using 500 NB and it still does not last a month. I do not download music or videos. At two occasions I called the 808 number and complained as I wanted to know where my data is disappearing to. The fact of the matter is that I have Wi-Fi at home and switch of my MTN data when I get at home. My biggest problem is that MTN has no clue to the value of their clients. I was told on both the occasions when calling 808 that I, yes, I the client must call back in a few days time to find out what is the feedback on my complaint. What kind of attitude is that? MTN, you are not bigger or better than anyone else. Please investigate my complaint and get back to me. ICASA will be my next step if I do not get this resolved very soon. REF: 101291933
