Contract deactivated without my consent

I took out a data contract on 25 May 2013 (the 20 GIGA for R189.00 per month). On the 23 August I tried to connect to the net and could not do so. I called customer care that same day and they informed me that my contract has been deactivated. I did not give any permission for it to be cancelled. They could not give me a reason why and they raised a case, REF NO 3082302993. I was supposed to be contacted on Monday 26 August. No one has contacted me since. I have been calling in everyday and the same response is given to me "Someone is still working on the case and will get back to me" It will be almost a week in which I dont have access to the internet and i require it for some work purposes. This is getting ridiculous now as the month is almost up and I had alot of data still remaining. Why and when will this get resolved? I expect the data that i did not use to be transferred to the next month! Really frustrated with Cell C now!
