False information

I went to Maponya Mall on the 1st of May 2013. I was approached by the Gentleman named Dubulamanzi. He told me about the spacial that they have. I signed the contract but before that, i asked him if i can cancel it because am working n i dont have time to go to the gym he said to me ITS FINE I CAN CANCEL IT ANYTIME. Signing the contract i told him i dont have my account with, i will sms it. He said ok but u have to leave your contract cause i have to put your account in yr contract. so about the contract he said i will collect it when i come to Maponya since am working, ok I sms him later. On the 13th of May 2013 I called him to cancel it coz am not gonna use it, he said to me its been approved i cant cancel it, i have to cancel it before 5 working days. said to me you can call our accounts they will tell you the very samething and he said its not his problem why didnt i read the contract I said to him you never gave me the contract. I called the accounts I spoke to Pauline she said the very same thing and she told me I have to pay 50% which is R3980 or bring someone. Its not even a month i sighed that stupid contract.
They really P me off.
