Cell C
No delivery

I recently called cell c and asked to add an samsung ativ on to my cell c contract.

It was approved and there was said that It will take about 7 days for delivery.

Yesterday upon phoning them to ask when delivery can be expected due to it has been more then seven days allready, there was said that the deal was only approved within this week and we can expect to wait another 7 days.

They cant even tell us how far the parcel is being from being delivered.

Sorry we cannot trace the parcel and do not currently know how long still untill it will be delivered.

I am not happy with the way that we dont even know if our tablet is even going to arive or if it has been or if it even realy is on its way to us.
